Position Overview:
The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales objectives within an assigned district. The DSM ensures effective execution of marketing strategies, builds strong customer and KOL relationships, analyses market trends, and drives sustainable business growth while upholding company values and ethical standards.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science (or related medical background).
Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or coaching role is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
- Previous experience in the assigned therapeutic area or region is preferred.
